Good Value and Friendly Service
honest staff efficient staff
The room was certainly clean. Staff was very polite and efficient. I appreciated that lost items were kept safe and returned after check out. They are very honest staff.
I booked a room and found a lack of plug sockets near the beds. I could not easily plug in needed equipment. It was an inconvenience.

friendly receptionist warm welcome comfortable room superb positioning
i found it very easy to book and find the hotel. the welcome from the receptionist was very friendly and warm. the room was warm and comfortable, it gave me no worries.
there was a very slight musty smell in the corridor leading to the room, but it dissipated quickly.

The hotel is on a service station site. This means there are shops, a petrol station, and other amenities nearby. i found several options for quick meals and snacks, convenient for my travel schedule.

The room was clean, spacious and bright. the curtains effectively block out light. the bed had fresh linens, and i could easily adjust the room temperature using the thermostat. It was very convenient.

early arrival helpful staff bathroom upgrade faulty fan
i arrived really early because of a funeral. donna at the front desk found me a room that wasnt used. i was in the room 15 minutes later. this really helped me and others get changed.
the bathroom fan didn't work. i feel the bathroom could use an upgrade. the shower curtain sticks to you while showering. i also thought the toilet was very low.

quick check-in high professionalism perfect cleanliness well kept bathroom
Check-in experienced no delay, a clear benefit after a long journey. Staff members shows a high degree of professionalism and willingness to assist. The room provided was impeccably clean, which I consider very important. The bathroom was also very well maintained. Everything looked new.
The chair in the room was not the most comfortable for extended sitting.

The Family Room included two double beds. This arrangement was suitable for my family. I was pleased to see ample space for luggage. The windows kept the room surprisingly quiet. The blackout curtains ensured restful sleep.

Staff always behaved in a friendly manner and were efficient. When I had a query regarding local directions, they assisted. I asked for extra towels, which they provided very promptly. The reception operated efficiently around the clock.
